The foundation of our company is based on strong relationships, unwavering R&D and top-notch quality production. As a brand, we export over 400 different kinds of fragrances across the world like Europe, North and South America, Middle East, Australia and Asia with an ever-growing demand. 

Some of the best-selling products that are loved by many of our customers are HEM incense sticks, incense cones, frankincense and myrrh incense, sandalwood incense, white sage smudge, sage incense and aromatherapy essential oils. Additionally, there is a growing interest for the best incense products in the market like backflow incense, dragon’s blood incense, hem incense, patchouli incense and frankincense incense among others.

Our joss sticks or incense can be placed on any incense holders like the backflow incense burner, cone incense burner,  incense smoker, or palo santo burners  for effective esoteric healing and other forms of cleansing practices. 

Our Journey

We started as a simple incense store that offered a range of products like masala agarbatti, thuribles, incense burner, dhoops and so on. However, with time, not only did our customer's needs change but there was also a huge evolution in the world of fragrances. Apart from being ambience creators, fragrances were increasingly being explored for their role in smudging, healing, de-stressing, yoga, meditation and aromatherapy.

So, while we remained focused on creating our signature line of products, especially the ‘HEM Precious’ range which is a premium flagship collection, there was a dire need for an expansion across products that enhanced our scope to meet with appropriate customer demands.

The concept of aromatherapy massage, burning incense sticks and incense herbs for spiritual practices, using aromatherapy diffuser oils to promote healing and relaxation or using palo santo incense to purify and cleanse a space has become increasingly popular around the world.  

Keeping these new demands in mind, we extended our product line to match our customer needs.  This involved in-demand products such as fragrance oils, room fresheners, essential oils, reed diffusers, scented candles as part of our collection. Adding this to the forefront of our range has allowed us at HEM fragrances to create a whole new clientele to potentially align with.

HEM was also recently honored with the ‘Niryat Shree’ (export) Silver Trophy within the Handicraft category by the ‘Federation of India Export Organization’ (FIEO) which was awarded by the President of India.

Packaging

HEM has its own personal design studio with extremely talented and artistic graphic designers who have been in the industry for years. These designers brainstorm constantly to create new and better graphics for our packs. HEM offers a wide variety of packaging with graphics, which are able to perfectly portray the contents of the package. Our thoughtful packaging is designed to bring about a positive response from our prospective customers thus triggering heavy sales.

HEM takes extreme pride in its world-class infrastructure, which boasts of our resourceful people and our state-of-the-art manufacturing, fragrance lab, and design studio facilities.

Our People

Our team is a good balance conglomerate of experienced consistency and innovative youth, which is an asset to HEM. We have a team of more than 200 professionals, each one of them having their own rare skill sets and expertise, working together towards creating pure and aesthetic incense sticks and delivering value to the customers.

Our Facilities

HEM has two factories which are fully equipped with laboratories, which caters to the global demand of incense sticks, state-of-art manufacturing units assuring superior quality of incense sticks at optimum cost with minimal wastage. We also have product-specific and country-specific packaging facilities, top class quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) units which help us in providing flawless and supreme quality products.
